UK PREMIER: IN THE SHADOW OF THE SUN/Q&A.

Naomba niwajulishe Watanzania wote waishio UK kuwa ndugu yetu Josephat Torner aliyeshiriki katika BBC Documentary ya albino Killings in Tanzania iliyoonyeshwa mwaka jana ameshawasili tokea jana tayari kushiriki katika film nyingine itakayoonyeshwa siku ya Ijumaa tarehe 15 Mach 2013.
Josephat Torner angependa sana kukutana na Watanzania waishio nje ya nchini ili aeleze uzito wa tatizo hili Na jinsi tutakavyoweza kisaidiana. Tunawaomba watanzania tujitokeze kwa wingi tumuunge mkono huyu ndugu yetu kwa jitihada zake na ujasiri wake kwani ni kazi inauohitaji moyo sana na inaumiza roho sana kusikia mateso wanayoyapata hawa wenzetu wenye ulemavu wa ngozi.
Filmed over six years, In the Shadow of the Sun tells the story of two men with albinism in Tanzania, Josephat Torner and 15-year-old Vedastus, who are pursuing their dreams in the face of virulent prejudice. Through his intimate portrait, filmmaker Harry Freeland reveals a story of deep-rooted superstition, heartfelt suffering, and incredible strength.
