D’banj amekanusha fununu kuwa hayupo tena chini ya label ya Kanye WestG.O.O.D Music. Tetesi hizo zilianza mwezi uliopita baada ya staa huyo wa Nigeria kufuta ‘G.O.O.D Music’ kwenye biography ya Twitter na hivyo kuamsha fununu kuwa hayupo tena kwenye label hiyo.

Hata hivyo D’banj amesisitiza kuwa yeye na Kanye bado ni watu wa karibu kwenye biashara.

“Me and Ye (Kanye) are cool; the last time we spoke we talked generally about my career and what his visions are. He is still my mentor, he is still the one I go to when I need something,” D’banj alimuambia mtangazaji wa Uingereza Tim Westwood.

Koko Master pia alisema kuwa yeye na Kanye West wamepanga kufanya video ya wimbo wao are ‘Scape Goat’. “We are still working together. ‘Scape Goat’ is still in the working and we are still trying to work on the video. We just want to get everything right because we have done so much music together,” alisema.
